Very unprofessional the lady's at the counter take there sweet time and act like a question is ruining there day expect to wait hours here

Come with your paperwork in hand for the pick up, otherwise they will charge you $25/page.It has to be cash and exact change.

Would give a zero if I could. Front desk ladies are absolutely rude. Dispatcher nor broker said I needed to have paperwork printed before arriving to load. They charge $25 for a single piece of paper. Luckily I carry a mobile printer. Doesn’t work the best. But it saved me $25.
