The staff were calm and patient, and even though the gentleman was not from this specific store, he worked efficiently and helped in all aspects of shipping, including packaging it up.The location of this one is IN the Hyatt, but I'd certainly come back. Bill was so helpful and offered so many different options to make my vision come to life and be a quality piece that lasts. “I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”

“I came in on a Thursday night with a very small job: just needed my dog's name embroidered on his therapy dog vest. Erin was very helpful in choosing a font, understanding the layout I wanted, and giving us priority over larger jobs (putting my small job at the head of the line). Erin sent me a PDF of the layout, which I approved, and then had the job finished by Friday evening. All for $15. I'll definitely be back if I need any other of there services.”
