The staff were calm and patient, and even though the gentleman was not from this specific store, he worked efficiently and helped in all aspects of shipping, including packaging it up.The location of this one is IN the Hyatt, but I'd certainly come back. Also this one opens a hour before the rest in area. Well done FedEx.”

“We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs.
