Even though I gave them a 5 star I had a difficult time reaching someone to get access to my unit. Finally a week of trying I reached someone & was able to communicate. The access hours to your unit are by appointment only with a 48hr advance notice & you only get a limited time between 9:30 - 4:30.

Had a great experience with SMARTBOX. Driver Jason for both drop off and pickup was extra courteous.

The call to setup the contract was not professional but the driver was great and pleasant. A bit of training for those on the phone would be helpful. Item worked for my needs.
