“I traveled to Illinois from Canada and during the second half of my drive, my engine started to overheat. I contacted Schaumburg Automedics and they were able to take a look at the car that morning and get me back on the road by the end of the day. It felt like they truly went above and beyond in customer service AND services done to my vehicle. I felt like I was in a very vulnerable position and they did not take advantage of the fact that I needed the repair done in order to get home. Didn’t try to sell me on services that I didn’t need. Very communicative in sending me a full report on what they found and gave a realistic timeline on when the vehicle would be fixed, and then stuck to it! The car is running great after the fix! “I am a senior citizen, a woman and I live alone. I am knowledgeable and capable about many things...but not cars! I usually take my car to Cassidy for maintenance. I know the work will be done correctly and I won't be taken advantage of with costs. The waiting room is clean, and everyone is always friendly and courteous. Today I went out to start my car and found my battery was dead. I went on Cassidy's website and chatted with Rich. He had Elando (so sorry, I know that's not the correct spelling and I can't find it anywhere!) call me and he arranged to have someone here in 20 minutes. Rich called me back to make sure someone had called me. Justin met me and in no time had replaced the battery. He checked the panel and advised me to drive around for a few minutes and everything would reset. I was so thankful they were able to come to my rescue! I couldn't have asked for better service. Always go to Cassidy, they are the best! Thank you all!”

These guys are awesome. They always work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things. I do my oil change, car wash and had at least several emergency situations when I showed up without appointment, all panicjy and despite them being busy they were always ready to help.

“Came here after getting my battery jumped twice in one day, so it was a very clear sign that it was time to get a new battery. Came in at 5:15pm, they close at 6. Got to my car by 5:30pm, in which they let me know that because I have a hybrid, they needed to get a specific battery that would cost more (which I already knew was the case; side note, it was the 12 volt battery up front, not the fat chunky hybrid battery that was in the trunk), but that they have a guy running out to get it right now and that he will be back in 10 minutes, and that the installation should take no more than 10-15 minutes. They stayed true to their word, and even though I didn’t sign anything, it was perfect service. Saved my whole day. The guys were super chill and took care of everything while I sat on my phone for a bit. Overall, I am just super happy that they fixed it so that it doesn’t die again and I don't have to worry about it, and they even gave me a 5 year warranty so I can come back, and that if it fails the battery health test, then they will replace it again for free.”
