“This is my 2nd time to come here. I could see a trainee was learning to remove oil filter. I wasn't in a hurrr, I could wait and browse around. I was glad a technician showed the driver side brake shoe dislocated a little bit, it didn't make noise or interfere with braking, but should be corrected. (Later on, I took care of it in Merlin Elk Grove Village). Wish to thank him for checking so closely. This time, the billing was fair. Most all the time, I had bills showing extra items, like oil recycle, extra charge oill filter (even though it wasn't special). Nice place to do business with.”
