“Needed to replace propane tank for outdoor grill, but find it heavy and awkward to "switch out" at my age. Store staff was wonderfully friendly in both selection and purchase, as well as careful referral to local handyman able to make timely home visit at very reasonable cost. I felt important with small purchase and look forward to returning for other "projects".”

“A very well stocked supply house both in equipment and commonly used components for service and installation. They also offer many solutions for service for different parts to different manufacturers you would be completely surprised they stock while offering them at a much better price. They also stock some more niche products you would not expect. I will also emphasize everything in this robust product offering is done so with phenomenal pricing. You will be greeted with counter salesman who also have good knowledge about the technical side of the industry which is not common. They are able to advise in many cases what best serves your needs. They are always friendly and operate with a sense of urgency to get your orders fulfilled. Everything from branch, to district to regional management is an excellent experience. I could not suggest a better supply house if you are looking for a dedicated branch specializing in Amana and Goodman products. They treat us as valued customers at all times.”

“My go-to home improvement store. I dont know how Ace does it, but with significantly less square footage than the big orange or green stores, Ace always manages to have what I need in stock. Any of your more obscure parts or hardware that you may be looking for, dont waste time going anywhere else. Ace has it.”
“I became old yesterday and it was glorious. I inherited some wood working equipment. I went into a place where older distinguished men can teach me about woodworking, equipment, and tools. Skills that took years, splinters, blood sweat and tears to acquire. This is not building a hot rod piece by piece. This is choosing stock, measuring and planning. There are many hardware stores in Naperville, but only Ace takes the time to understand the need and provide options. Not one big box store did that for me this summer. I will always go to Ace.”
“What's not to love when the conversation deals with inexpensive tools, gadgets and the like. It's possible many of their goods are produced overseas and if that's a bother, seek out online whiteboards that discuss all the American made items. Stopped in randomly to look around. Found a handy tool to clear a clogged sink(in seconds), a ridiculous amount of rubber bands and a set of tool box accessories, all of which were on sale. There is always some sort of price reductions on useful items you may not (necessarily) need but could have use for one day. With that said, also got some solar pathway pucks for the yard. As seen on TV quality. If you have one of these local to you, it's worth joining their loyalty perks program so you stay up-to-date on price breaks. If you're in the services/ trades, they have many of your needs and offer used equipment for sale.”

“Always greeted when we come in. Staff always ask what they can help us with. They sell key fobs and program them.Recently ordered a key fob.. cheaper then the dealer... Joe did the setup. 5 minutes later key fob failed. He was on the phone with the manufacturer right away! New one to be sent out. But Joe calls me 5 minutes later and says another one was located!!! Joe programmed the new one and made sure it was working. Even found out the first one was defective from the manufacturer. His professionalism and customer service is very much appreciated!”

Jacoby greeted me, and we initially joked a flamethrower may be the best option, but settled for researching items on the shelf that were more readily available. Ortho spray foam worked great for the 1st scary treatment last night, and the less expensive Ace brand spray finished off the remaining flying demons the following morning. Thanks Jacoby!”
