“Best customer service I have had in years! I broke my car key in half and 2 gentleman (Eric and Matt) took the time to make a new key from my broken one and even went as far as helping getting my car started cause I could not afford a new key with a chip so they made a basic key and helped me start my car with the basic key. These two took time and helped me out greatly, most places would have given up after 1 or 2 trys but these two helped until my problem was solved. These gentleman are amazing people and deserve a shout out!”

“I drove to the New Lenox location as they had the option of lighting I wanted in stock. Upon entering the store every associate I walked passed smiled and said “hello” which was a pleasant change of pace from other stores. The lighting was not in the correct spot on the shelf so Mark and Gale both assisted with bringing over the ladders. You know when you go somewhere and the associates moan and groan in front of customers because something is not in the right spot and now the associate has to actually do work? Almost as if it was the customers fault that items were incorrectly placed. Well that was not the case. Gale and Mark were professional and wonderful! Both were very pleasant and made the shopping experience on New Year’s Eve enjoyable. Keep it up New Lenox Lowes!”

“On 12/29 I came in looking for a toilet gasket. Matt and Connor were super pleasant and helpful trying to track down what I was looking for.there was a 3rd guy that tried helping me find it who was also friendly and patient with me , but I didnt get his name. They also offer many solutions for service for different parts to different manufacturers you would be completely surprised they stock while offering them at a much better price. They also stock some more niche products you would not expect. I will also emphasize everything in this robust product offering is done so with phenomenal pricing. You will be greeted with counter salesman who also have good knowledge about the technical side of the industry which is not common. They are able to advise in many cases what best serves your needs. They are always friendly and operate with a sense of urgency to get your orders fulfilled. Everything from branch, to district to regional management is an excellent experience. I could not suggest a better supply house if you are looking for a dedicated branch specializing in Amana and Goodman products. They treat us as valued customers at all times.”

“I was there Monday May 22nd in the morning. The gentleman who helps me was terrific! I had a situation with ceiling paint and using a different brighter white paint to fix some spots. That made it worse. I described the problem and he nailed it mixing the correct blend and now my ceiling is perfect again. Thank you!”

“I have used the store for over six years buying many different items. Over the years the service is just gone down down and down. I don't know if it's due to cost or?. Today I needed a screen replacement for my window. Alexia was amazing handling the customer ahead of me and still smiling asking how she could help me. I was so impressed with her customer service and knowledge. I asked are you in line to be a manager and she said I wish. I asked her why not and she said I'm only 19. If management reads this you have a diamond in the rough. Thanks again for the great service. Also the grey haired lady was amazing as well so maybe we have a upwards trend starting to take place.”

“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”
