Also took the time to review my girlfriend's account settings & recommended the best fit for her. She even reviewed financial goals & made the appropriate recommendation based on her needs. She understood what to offer & when to be considerate of her decision too. I thought she was understanding, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend 10/10.Staff behind the Teller line were also very welcoming into the branch & helped us check in for the appointment (which Bassma actually took us right away from the Lobby as we were walking in).”
