Add two 6 month old recently adopted kittens who both had some unexpected issues and although they were booked up, managed to squeeze them in. “We had a great experience at Skycrest. The technicians and doctors show how much they care about our pups and was very patient with one of our pups who has a special condition. She is extremely fearful and we could do all the vaccines and blood draws last time, but Dr. Wilbert worked with our previous vet clinic to prescribe a perfect meds and my pup responded well. She was able to get the shots and blood draw successfully. It was our first visit and we are glad”

“Very clean. Professional and friendly staff! Easy to make appointments and good hours. A little pricey. I used them most recently to get my puppy neutered because my regular vet had an injury and wasn't able to do surgery for a while. They were over 10% more expensive than my usual vet. Granted, my usual vet has a much more modest space, but it's still clean and the staff is great. So if cost is no object.....”

“I took my pups in for their first visit on the 14th of march. I have 2 pomeranians, female 10 months and male 8 months old. The reason for the visit, my 10 month old female has bilateral luxating patellas, grade 3. She was diagnosed by a different vet. The first suggested surgery in May when she is a year old and her growth plates closed. I went to the Shore for a second opinion. My second pup was along for the ride.I was so happy with the enthusiasm and care i recieved there. They loved my pups and the pups loved them. They were on board with my choice in holistic care for them and even helped me with recipes for homemade dog food.Outcome is no surgery at this time, and see how she progresses with exercise and mild manipulation. Essentially continue doing what I've been doing.The office is clean and does not smell like wet dog. They treat exotics as well as offering alternative therapy such as acupuncture and chiropractic care. All of this is the reason i will be transferring the care of my pups to them, even though it is not close to my home.”

“We had a minor emergency (infection) and Elk Grove was the only vet who had room to see our dog. They were kind, patient, and really listened. I felt like my dog mattered to them, and they helped us when we really needed help. We've since said goodbye to our old vet and switched. We've done a full wellness exam and our experience was good. I think they are especially trustworthy because they are an independent clinic- no corporate buy outs. I'm so happy we found them.”

“Followed Dr. Beloiu to her newest location for one of our dog's annual exam. I called to make an appointment and the process was easy and seamless. I received an email with our pet's information to review and to also check in. When I arrived , the receptionist was so kind . All of the staff were nice and caring. Of course, I am always happy with Dr. Beloiu . She is so calm and reassuring and our dog is immediately put at ease. When I scheduled the appointment a $65 charge was required , and it was applied to my bill. Overall, very happy with the entire process and service.”

“I’m disappointed in the lack of communication from reception. Dr. Pfeiffer was amazing when handling our kitten, but we have rescheduled his neuter procedure 3 separate times. He was supposed to come in on the 6th for his procedure, which is the latest they would honor his blood work, and the doctor is injured and unable to complete the procedure. Now we spent 3 months waiting on appointments for him to get fixed, and now we have to completely restart because no other places will honor his blood work since it was done so long ago. Obviously life happens and people get hurt or sick, but it’s been ridiculous trying to work with them because I don’t get a call until the day before he’s supposed to have his procedure. The blonde vet tech (I believe her name is Natalie) just seems to not care.Update: they did reach out and make things right, I missed a call while I was at work from Dr. DeCraene who was very apologetic and understanding. We were able to get our kitty scheduled somewhere else that was recommended to us.”

“My furbaby isn't scheduled until Feb but the liaisons that have been helping me through this so far have been great. They are very informative, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. They sent all of the paperwork for tests prior to his appt to me and to my vet so we know exactly what to do to get him prepared for his visit. My baby had his treatment and I couldn't be happier with everyone involved. Angela was excellent in working with my vet to get all of hus tests and xrays done so he could keep his appt. Plus in case they didn't get them dine in time she held a spot for him in the next rotation. Angela kept in contact with me and even called to let me know everything was received and he was ready to go. At Radiocat Laura too was excellent. She was great with him and text me daily on his progress plus she answered any and all questions without hesitation. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my furbaby.”
