“I’m disappointed in the lack of communication from reception. Dr. Pfeiffer was amazing when handling our kitten, but we have rescheduled his neuter procedure 3 separate times. He was supposed to come in on the 6th for his procedure, which is the latest they would honor his blood work, and the doctor is injured and unable to complete the procedure. Now we spent 3 months waiting on appointments for him to get fixed, and now we have to completely restart because no other places will honor his blood work since it was done so long ago. Obviously life happens and people get hurt or sick, but it’s been ridiculous trying to work with them because I don’t get a call until the day before he’s supposed to have his procedure. The blonde vet tech (I believe her name is Natalie) just seems to not care.Update: they did reach out and make things right, I missed a call while I was at work from Dr. DeCraene who was very apologetic and understanding. We were able to get our kitty scheduled somewhere else that was recommended to us.”

“I had to take my cat here recently. The vet could have ordered a bunch of expensive tests but he determined the problem, gave us medication and she was fine. To have a Dr, in any field, not give someone the run around and order costly tests that aren't always necessary is rare. Definitely recommend this place.”

“First visit after new management/vet and this is still a great clinic. Staff was caring and took time to listen to concerns about my dog. Also suggested new, cheaper and better medications. No doubt be coming back to Spring Valley for future visits.”

They're very thorough & consistent.They also are patient w questions in person & on the phone, plus 24/7 VetChat is such a great feature because so many things happen at the worst times!Professional, kind, friendly & great at what they do - & I do not trust my dogs to just anyone.
