“I was looking on yelp and found this place had a coupon, so I signed up for the text messages and got a seven dollar off premium oil change coupon. I had a lot of stuff to get done before the holidays and it needed badly to get my oil changed before the holiday weekend. I decided to go here since I didn't need an appointment and I'm glad I tried it out. The service is top notch. I dealt with two different men who were both very kind and professional. They definitely have some finesse and their groove down and worked extremely efficiently. I was second in line and only had to wait about five minutes to pull up into the garage. I didn't have to get out of my car. That was really nice because I was in the middle of errands. I'm used to going to places like Walmart to get my oil changed and it always takes forever. My only complaint is that it was a little pricey. For the high mileage synthetic oil it started at $90. I think when I get it changed at Walmart it is just under $70. (My air filter was extremely dirty and mangled so I got a new one as well and that was $26. ) For the convenience, I did not mind paying more today. I'm not sure if this will be my go to spot all of the time, but it was perfect for what I needed and I got my oil change Errand done very quickly today.”

He was the straightest most honest up front person you would ever meet and I will miss his comments and conversations at the shop. Nobody pays for my creativity when I leave reviews or even leave a review. Like many others who take the time out of their lives to leave one, it is of our own wanting to help others. This place is old school. Hello, thank you, please...words on the banned word list were used. I'm surprised the Banned Word Fire Department (as in Fahrenheit 451) wasn't alerted. Fortunately, they were not therefore Oil Pro exists. No upsells, no this is wrong, that is wrong, or I need a filter for the ashtray sales pitches. Just clean, polite, affordable service. In fact...get ready..." come back for a top off" words were used. "The first quart is free." WHAT WHAT WHAT? Yes, I will be back in two or three weeks just to have them check things. “Had both my vehicles worked on. The 85 Mercury needed fluids changed . And new belts . Oil leaking in air filter was fixed. And gave me update on other repairs I need. The 2011 Elantra need all fluids checked as well. And they also replaced radiator hose that was under warranty. Everything they did was excellent.”

“JM Auto saved us. We had arrived to O'Hare, and our car broke down right before we were leaving for vacation. They answered the phone at 10pm on a Saturday to let us know we could have it towed and dropped off there. They had it up and running within days, and it was waiting for us when we flew back into Chicago. We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us to get home and made it safely. “Dan is a great mechanic, one of the best I've ever encountered. He did my new tires quick and affordable. Just recently my mom had him inspect her car after a franchise mechanic shop inspected it. She wanted too see if his prices and problems founds were the same as the franchise mechanic due too that shop pulling shady things. He inspected it and found the same issues but the prices for repairs were almost half the cost of the franchise shop. Nice to see a mechanic who doesn't charge 3x the amount of hours for repairs.”

Spoke with Alex (who is amazing) on the phone and he was able to get us in and out in about 20 minutes... at the end of the day on a Friday! The price was extremely reasonable with no upselling! “I procrastinated over buying a newer car until it became a necessity. I was holding out for the possibility of finding that one vehicle that put a smile on my face but was affordable as well. The task was becoming very difficult because used cars and interest rates are not favorable for buyers right now. I decided to travel out into the polar snow vortex of last weekend and drive to Wickstrom Ford. Needless to say I think everyone was very surprised to see me and I had the full team at my disposal. I felt like a rock star. And was treated like one. I was concerned being an older single female that my requirements would be disregarded. That was not the case at all. Everyone worked together and listened to what I had to say. My sales person Chris Kason was awesome. He took the time to walk me through everything. He and the finance team were wonderful with what they put together in order for me to buy my car. It was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you all so much.”
