Figured out the issue, they made a special trip to pick up my needed part, fixed it and I was on my way in a few hours. “After taking my car to two other shops including the dealership for a diagnosis and no solid answers I was referred to Eddie at Trans-Fixed. Eddie took my car for a test drive and was able to hear the noise the other shops couldn't identify. He had an idea of the issue but couldn't confirm until he got it in the air. The shop was busy and he didn't have any open bays so he asked I call back later in the week. Once in the air he was able to determine it wasn't the transmission or transfer case as suspected. Eddie was honest with me on the repair needed and when to get it done. He did all of this work for no charge. He was friendly, funny, and trustworthy. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for any future transmission repairs.”
