“On 03 November while Enroute to Branson, MO, 12 miles South of Rockford the truck’s alternator failed and left us stranded just off I 30 and Hway 72. AAA assisted us on contacting Marks Auto Service. After being towed to Marks our truck was worked on almost immediately. They had an alternator in stock and replacement began immediately. While waiting, we found the waiting room and restrooms very clean. The staff was very attentive to my questions. After repairs we resumed our trip. Several days later we received a text inquiring if we had any problems with the truck and did we arrive safely. I responded no problems and we’re having our usual good time. This Was the first time we had ever been contacted by a repair shop for follow up and it was much appreciated. We started our trip from our home in Wisconsin and without Marks responsible to our problem the outcome could have resulted in a very long repair process. “He came highly recommended. I looked at the reviews and they were excellent. I took my Trailblazer there to get the transmission done, and he had it done in less than 4 days. He stayed late to make sure it was done. He kept me apprised as to everything that was going on. After I got my truck back I had a hiccup, and he said bring it in I’ll take care of it.
