“So I needed a few things and this reminded me of the warm feels of a little mom and pop shop.I had an issue with my card, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have cash on me, only my card, and I'm sure they have a minimum on card purchases, but I needed a couple screws and washers which was like 60 cents.. he said don't worry about it... Well because of that, I just bought a bunch of snacks and pops and spent like $25 anyway with the items because that's the types of shops we should be supporting.Random selection of hot sauce also you won't find in many places, I had to buy one. It was pretty decent flavor ?Keep it up guys! A+++++”

“Idk what's up with all these 1 star reviews. I walked in made myself known. Showed the guy what part I needed. He got it, I paid for it and left. Simple easy transaction. I think some people go in unprepared with a bad attitude. Then get what what they give and can't handle it.”

“We had a wonderful experience at menards in cherry valley, IL. We thought we would be there for an hour since we were purchasing windows shades and needed them custom cut. Alex assisted us right away. He cheerfully helped us, asked us what we were doing that night, he told us he was hoping to get in the fire department. We were in and out in half the time! “Needed an auger. While they were a little more expensive than Walmart, they were in stock at the store, and Walmart only offered them online.
When you have a toilet that needs an auger, there is no time to wait for shipping. That is an immediate need. Thank you, Lowe's!”

“A great hardware store! All kinds of things in stock and ready to go! A very knowledgeable staff to get you what you need.Definitely not a lumber yard or a big box hardware store.They carry some great high end tools and metrology equipment in stock.I recently picked up some rubber leg ends for a folding chair and they had the correct size in stock in white or black and at a good price. The other little chain hardware store I had stopped at didn't even have the size.”
