“Best breakfast ever and it was included in our wedding block rate. Fresh fruit, custom omelet bar, yogurt parfait bar. Really fabulous start for the day. The hotel is a renovated warehouse with a bo ho flair and attached game room/ bar with 28 self-serve taps sold by the ounce. The whole stay was one novel experience after another for us! 5 stars!Walkability: Short walk to classic American street with a variety of eateries. Chicago-style pizza, Thai, Mexican Fusion, Chinese, ice cream.”
“I don't often post reviews for hotels because "they're all the same" but My Place stood out. The staff was friendly and seemed to actually enjoy interacting with us. I didn't feel rushed or like a burden. The room was nicer than expected for the price I paid. We were excited to find a kitchenette (with in-room ice maker) and even a recliner. My husband didn't want to leave!”

“Due to the fact that we stay in hotels more than our own home, I think my opinion matters. First of all, the staff there are amazing! Maddie, Aarti and Aman are so pleasant and helpful. Even during chaotic check ins with a lot of people at once, there is always a smile. The rooms are normal, nothing fancy, but they are clean! The restaurant/bar food is great along with my favorite bar tender, Tony! He is perfect at his job, which is a hard one. The only flaw there has been the AC. It’s an old system and tends to not be able to keep up in the summer sometimes.Food & drinks: Great food!”
“This is a solid extended stay hotel. It was clean. There's no breakfast but the free coffee was good.Staff were nice.Walkability: There were several restaurants and a busy sports bar within walking distance.Noteworthy details: They have a community grill and picnic table for gatherings. “Went to a 100th birthday party at the J Bar. The food that was served was very good. It was well attended by family and friends. Very nice area for get togethers. We did not stay there, so I can't say anything about the rooms. It is located in the area of stores to either walk or drive to.”
“We had the best time! The rooms are clean and inviting, the staff was great! The restaurant was good and a nice little spa! We are not experienced gamblers and the staff in the casino was very helpful. Yeah it is not Las Vegas, but it is not meant to be Vegas. Was great for a quick trip!We will definitely be visiting this hidden gem in the future!”

Very quiet. No issues. No distractions.
Some stains, some furniture and carpet show some age. However, it has been cleaned and housekeeping is doing what they should be doing. Room looked cleaned upon arrival and cleaning staff has been observed.

Continental breakfast is boring, but food is decent for what it is.

And very affordable.Mr. Hiren Patel, the general manager of the hotel, was very kind and helpful; he did a wonderful work keeping the hotel in the best possible way. I was recognized as a choice hotels elite member; they gave me points and a couple of bottles of water.The room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also very clean.The heater was new and clean; it didn't make any noise!The breakfast was very complete.Location is very convenient and safe. One block from the mall, and near the freeway. There are several restaurants nearby.My wife and I enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back soon.”

“I spent one night here ..the room was fine in size, for the two of us. The bed was ok, there was a worn part of mattress in middle, where one would fall in. The twin sofabed was also passable in comfort, according to my son. The water pressure was horrible in the shower I tried three settings, and none were better. I also saw some mold on the shower curtain.There apparently was a party in the in the lobby area...so sitting down there was out. The party took up the whole lobby area.In the morning, the breakfast was average....eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc.Would I return...not certain.”
“Great room for the price! I was kind of hesitant about getting a room here after reading reviews but we didn't have a single problem. Clean room, decent bed, hot shower, friendly staff, would stay again.”
“Clean and super friendly staff. The sofa bed in our room was super worn out so it had a slip cover on it. But to use the sofa bed you had to remove the cover and expose the torn up cushions. My 6 year old slept on it but I could tell it was horribly uncomfortable. Bunk room was a good fit for our family of 6 and a pack n play was provided for our baby. We ended up not using it so I can’t speak to the condition or if a sheet was provided. The pool was so chlorinated that my eyes were burning but the kids had fun in the pool until they were too cold to swim anymore haha. The staff allowed us to sit in the breakfast room to eat our door dash food with family in town.”

“I stop in Davenport a lot. I’m glad we stopped here. It is an inexpensive and comfortable hotel that accepts dogs. Pet fee of $25/pet is reasonable. Great value and very clean. I read some of the other reviews and I don’t think they are accurate. It has been recently updated.I would like to see them get new towels though. They are very worn out, but that is a very little thing to pick on.”

“I was impressed as soon as I pulled in the parking lot and I saw the very nice patio. The lobby and dining area was spacious and clean. Then when I got to my room it was very clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels. This is by far the best motel I have stayed in. This will without doubt my go to place when I’m in the Quad City Area!!”

“The hotel is under renovation, so my experience was that of a work in progress. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, or as much as they could be. They sure did try hard. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. My one gripe is that the water is white. I promise I'm not joking. The tap water is white. I don't know what caused that or why it never cleared, but it's off-putting. Almost makes the prices of bottled water in the lobby seem reasonable. Overall a nice place, but bring something to drink.”
“Stayed here for two nights without any issues. This is now a Baymont and Days inn hotel combined and is nearly finished being renovated. At the time of my stay, the pool and fitness center were closed but it was mentioned on the website before I booked. The room was very modern and had a new clean feel to it. The bed was also very comfortable as well. I was reluctant to stay here first because the price seemed unusually low but all was fine. My only complaint is that the parking lot is in pretty rough shape with pot holes. All the staff l encountered were very friendly. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area or passing through.”

“This is a privately owned Ramada so maybe not as updated as the corporate properties. I was very surprised at the cleanliness of the place and especially the rooms. They were very well kept and neat. The pool was closed during our visit. The service was very good. Overall, a very positive experience.”
“Rooms are tacky, lots out outlets & lights don't work properly. Microwave cord was very sketchy with exposed wiring.Lack of wash rags in the bathroom. Not bad soap they provide.Owner/employees are super nice & helpful. If you need something they'll help you the best they can.”
