Kind of disappointing to not have any ability to use a card for payment. 10 years ago that was pretty normal but it's probably time to update at least one of your bays.

Basic 2-stall DIY car wash ($1.50/3 minutes) that works well enough. Also has a drive-thru unit available. Can get busy when the weather is nicer. Usually no one around to help if needed.
