They provide microfiber towels for drying, alongside window and all-purpose cleaner. They also had an automatic mat cleaner, which worked well and further impressed me.Mike, an employee, stood out for his helpfulness and patience, especially as I decided over a monthly wash plan. “Well maintained and always clean. Vacuums are well worth using especially since they don't charge for them, they do a good job? The car wash is good, I recommend using more than just the 3$ wash but it does what is says it will do, however the upgrades I feel are worth the extra money! Never been disappointed with customer service nor had any issues. It's cleaned and looks very good every time we visit! Thanks guys for keeping this a spot I can visit and count on!”

“Used the $8 touchless auto wash in the tall/van port. Seems to have done a good job cleaning. The dryer got most of the water off, but it's not perfect. The dryer might be better if it ran longer. A few of the free vacuums have low suction pressure but I found one that was decent.”
“This is the best car wash in town i think. I love quick pass access that i get with my monthly membership. I go threw 2-3 times a week. No need to bring anything because they suply all you need. GOOD micro fiber towels and glass cleaner. The vacuums work really well and they even have an air compresser thing to blow out all those hard to get areas. You get a real complete clean at Rainstorm.”

“My truck broke down in Springfield and within five minutes, a Shaner's flatbed drove by. I flagged down the driver, Thomas, who was more than helpful. He immediately agreed to help with the situation. He moved my truck off of the busy road and set it down in a safe spot. Probably, the fastest, least expensive tow I've ever experienced! I hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, however, if I do, I will use Shaner's again!”

“I would highly recommend King's Deluxe to anyone needing a car detailing. Everyone I encountered there were very kind and I couldn't be happier with how my car turned out. They were able to buff out scuff marks on my car that have been there for years as well as stains on my cloth seats that I didn't think would ever come out.
