“On Oct 7th, my mother and I decided to shop for an elliptical machine. We planned on visiting three stores on the Northside of Chicago. Our first stop was @ Fitness Factory.As soon as we entered Fitness Factory, Ken Maxie greeted us. We told him we were in the market for an elliptical machine, and we wanted to try a few to see how they felt.Ken showed us three different machines. One from the basic, one from the midgrade and an elite level. He explained the difference between each machine.Within thirty minutes we decided to purchase our machine. We walked in Fitness Factory to gather information and left waiting for our new elliptical machine to be delivered.The reason we purchased the machine is because of, Ken Maxie. Ken was patient, informative, polite, and professional. I want to thank Ken for his due diligence. If it wasn’t for Ken, we would have continued our search and may not have purchased the Elliptical machine from, Fitness Factory.Ken was great; however, we were very disappointed with the delivery service. The two delivery men we Hispanic and didn’t speak English. I have nothing against Hispanics but I do have a problem with people in the customer service industry, in America, that cannot speak English.Other than the non-English speaking delivery people, everything was great.Thanks Ken”

They definitely have all the bowling knowledge that you need to know about any bowling ball that would best fit your game. I have rolled two 300 games in the past 2 years with the bowling balls that they have drilled. They're simply the best in my opinion that I trust with all my bowling balls.”

“Peak Running in La Grange is a fantastic shoe/running store. I have had a positive experience each of the five times I have shopped in there. None more positive than over the past weekend, with sales associate/Megan.Megan personified what customer service is all about on both days (Saturday; Sunday) I entered Peak Running. On Saturday, she was a major help in exchanging a pair of shoes for a better pair of shoes (at least for I was looking for).The pair of shoes that was coming my way was not to arrive until Sunday. Megan promptly called me when they arrived, and in finishing off her all-world weekend performance, she waited 5-10 minutes past closing time to accede my request, as I was coming from far away. Hence, I was able to get my shoes on Sunday as opposed to Monday.Thanks again, Megan!”
“Came here based Google reviews. My son needed cleats, shin guards and socks. Easy street parking.We went around 12:30pm but it was closed despite the hours saying they were open at noon on Sunday. There were 2 other customers waiting outside and they let us know that someone was on the way to open the store and should be there in 10 minutes. We were relieved so to wait out the time, my son & I went next door and ordered smoothies. When the store opened, we walked in and noticed a great selection of cleats. The sales associate was helpful finding a pair of cleats for my son, but unfortunately they didn’t have his size. We did find shin guards and socks so the trip was worth it. I’ll be back when my son needs more gear.”
“Came in on a whim needing better walking shoes postpartum. I received wonderful one-on-one service with a variety of shoe options provided, along with gait analysis. The associate was so helpful (unfortunately I've since forgotten his name) and I got to wear my new kicks out of the store so that they could recycle my old sneakers. “I had the BEST experience at King Keyser! I learned from last year that rental lines at ski resorts can sometimes leave you waiting for 3 hours (not an experience I want to have again). So this year, I went to King Keyser to rent equipment for my family. What an incredible experience. Jim and his team took great care of us, making sure we had exactly what we needed! We also left with some incredible new winter boots and new snowpants, their inventory was great! When we got to the ski resort, we got our passes and were on our way at the slopes! No more stress and frustration in the rental line! King Keyser is the best!!!”

I got a cheap kids bike for my daughter off Amazon recently and brought it here for adjustment when I had reached my wits end trying to do it myself. They provided great advice and helped modify the bike for free. Next time I'll save myself the trouble and just get the bike from them!”
