“I came into the Arlington Heights store a bit nervous because I haven’t been into a store in years but as soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by Brittney. She took her time and was so helpful. I didn’t feel like she was trying to force products on me but she explained what I have and compared it with AT&T I did end up switching my home service but it was well worth it and I only came in to get a new phone but I appreciate the time she spent with me and made me feel like a person and not a quick sale. “Had a purple line down the screen of my IPhone. It was diagnosed as screen damage. The tech replaced my screen in about a half hour and the phone now works like new. He literally spent hours on line , suspiciously exactly one hour with att trying to port my number over, and additionally with Verizon support accomplishing this goal. “Jaime Garcia was a very knowledgeable, kind, patient and stellar employee. I needed to switch from Tracfone to AT&T and go on my wifes account with my phone. Had a 11-year-old Galaxy S7 phone that was not compatible with their network so i ended up purchasing an S24 that same day. Jaime walked me through everything, gave me plenty of time to make an educated decision and was super chill and had a great attitude throughout everything. We walked out with everything figured out thanks to Mr. Garcia. Great guy!”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
