“I searched for a 24 hour car rental and came across multiple rental agencies but chose to go with Alamo (Ohare Airport) location and they did not disappoint. I did everything online which was a breeze to navigate through. Reserved the type of car I wanted head out and to Alamo showed my license to a smiling representative and they directed me to a selection of clean ready to go SUV's. When I was done the return process was just as easy . Pull forward the attendant scanned the car in and said have a good evening and thank you for choosing the Alamo. “Great team, very friendly, and they always aim to please. Christian checked me in, handled all of my concerns about due dates since my car was at the dealer awaiting a loaner from them. When I returned the car, I left my personal keys in it. I called up, and the attendant (sorry I forgot your name) located them quickly and secured them while I drove back. Another attendant, when I walked in, said "did you leave something in the camry?"... the care, and attention to details of all their customers is imppecable. Absolutely will use again if I need their services”

“The staff was great, no issues with picking up the vehicle or returning it. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the brakes were grinding and very loud. Upon returning the vehicle, I made sure the staff was aware of the bad brakes so they could get them repaired before renting to another customer. The staff was grateful for the information and promptly took care of the issue.”

“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”
“Avis has always provided me with great service and well maintained excellent condition vehicles. This neighborhood location on Park Avenue in Highland Park offers the best rental experience. The local manager Jim is very knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I have a half a dozen rental companies closer to my house but I will go out of my way to rent from Jim in Highland Park. He always takes care of myself and my family. “Friendly service and the salesman stayed late to accommodate the rental, even though we arrived in town after they closed. They quoted a lower price but it was $65 dollars higher than the quote even though they said the original quote had covered all taxes and fees. All in all very good, very nice service. The prices were fair, but not good.”

“Excellent from start to finish. After picking up my car and everything going so smoothly I wanted to leave 5 stars, but I suspected from past rental experiences at O'hare there would be something that would go wrong, an overcharge or mysterious additions to my bill or surprised toll fines, etc. But I got the lowest price I could find online. I had no additional sales pushes, I had no uncomfortable waiting, or rude employees - in fact far from it- Angel was as friendly and competent as I had ever had. And then I had a clean, new car that I actually had ordered at the price I had ordered. I was confused why this was so good. When I returned the car I waited for the catch. There was nothing. I pulled in and right away was greeted with a smile. I assumed that the man didn't work there. But he did. Then to my astoundment, the shuttle which was parked inside the garage pulled up, picked up all my very heavy bags for me, put them in the shuttle with a pleasant a professional greeting and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was excellent. Again, I waited for some additional charge to be added. I feel safe to say that this is the most unexpectedly great rental car experience that I can remember for a very long time - for sure in Chicago. I will only go to them next time.”
