“Emerald Club at National is the way to go in Chicago! It's easy to just get your car and leave and not wait in line. The price it's better too then a regular rent-a-car and you avoid the long lines. People with Positive Attitude working here every time we rent cars. Nice!! Love the Toyota cars! Great location and easy to get to from O'Hare Airport and easy drop off when you are done with the car and jump back on the tram back to the airport. We save so much time doing it this way.”

At the facility the work activities and spending limit were finalized. The service rep. was friendly and proficient.The work was performed within the time anticipated and the expense did not go over the estimate & spending limit.The vehicle was washed, but not vacuumed, once the work was finished.”

“I've been renting vehicles from Enterprise for over 7 years now only place i will rent from, in town needed a vehicle i came in to the Park Ridge location and the experience here was amazing. Harper and Ricardo welcomed me in and treated me with the upmost respect, we had conversations and joked while preparing the paperwork for the vehicle as always easy process. I did have to return a day later to resolve an issue with the vehicle, Alex immediately greeted me and jumped into action with Harper to rectify the problem. I can't express engouh how grateful I am how well i was treated as well how they got me back on the road quickly. Only way i could show my gratitude at that moment i returned with breakfast sandwiches for everyone working that day, can't forget rest of team you often don't see who work in the back. “I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

“Excellent from start to finish. After picking up my car and everything going so smoothly I wanted to leave 5 stars, but I suspected from past rental experiences at O'hare there would be something that would go wrong, an overcharge or mysterious additions to my bill or surprised toll fines, etc. But I got the lowest price I could find online. I had no additional sales pushes, I had no uncomfortable waiting, or rude employees - in fact far from it- Angel was as friendly and competent as I had ever had. And then I had a clean, new car that I actually had ordered at the price I had ordered. I was confused why this was so good. When I returned the car I waited for the catch. There was nothing. I pulled in and right away was greeted with a smile. I assumed that the man didn't work there. But he did. Then to my astoundment, the shuttle which was parked inside the garage pulled up, picked up all my very heavy bags for me, put them in the shuttle with a pleasant a professional greeting and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was excellent. Again, I waited for some additional charge to be added. I feel safe to say that this is the most unexpectedly great rental car experience that I can remember for a very long time - for sure in Chicago. I will only go to them next time.”
