“Ray was beyond awesome. I've worked for years dealing with customers first hand as a service tech, he handled everything with the kind of service that I always strive to provide my customers. He went above and beyond, he gave tips for things, helped guide my truck to line up with the storage to make my load in easier, handled all issues that were going on when I got there with the kind of knowledge and customer service people hope for. Never said anything he wasn't sure of just to get people to feel at ease. Honest, knowledgeable, kind and considerate.
As far as the complex, seemed very clean, unit was nice and well taken care of. The only downside I saw was that the road could use some attention. That's the biggest downside I have seen so far. I have absolutely no complaints at all. I wish more companies were like this and I wish they hired more people like Ray.

Specifically, Madison was extremely efficient and I appreciate her help making it a smooth move-in!There are many cameras near the units and a gated entry that requires an individual 8 digit code to get in. I felt very confident my belongings were secure here. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this location for future storage needs!”

There were two staff in particular that were able to help me I believe their names are Jarvis and I think the other ones name is Madison. I had a really bad experience with another storage company, which I explained to the staff and they were able to help me out and put my mind at ease.”

“My husband is the one who originally got the contract so I had never seen it well when it came time to move into our house it was me on my own as my husband is military and overseas. I went in to ask if there was any way to prorate us for 4 days as our rent was due but being alone I couldn’t move the heavy things I went in to ask and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and said “you signed the contract it says no prorating so you have to have it out or pay for the entire month” I was so upset I fully understand yes we signed a contract but I had no clue as I had never seen it but she could have been a little nicer instead of being so snarky about it just poor customer service although when I went back to pay two days later the young lady in there was super sweet to me so I guess it depends on who you talk to”

“I’ve been renting my unit for 10 months now and I am completely satisfied with the service, location, and staff. Prices are reasonable and competitive with similar options around the region. The property is always clean, well lit, and the two access gates make it so I’ve never had a long wait to get in or out. My unit stayed dry all winter and everything is in good condition after a round of each season. Even when the property management company changed in the last year, communication was timely and clear. When I’ve had questions, I always get a prompt response. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage in the area.”

“I recently used this trucking company for cross dock work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly nice and professional. What stood out the most was their efficiency – I didn't have to wait long at all.”
“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”

“I was able to get the the deal 2 units for $90. That was a blessing. The guys at the front desk are awesome and friendly. The units very clean. I just wished that the gate was open 24/7 because of my crazy shift work.”
