“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”

No problem to close the Account as well. My unit stayed dry for the year we had it. We had an end unit by a field and there wasn't even any mice problems. “We used PODS when moving from Raleigh, NC to Edwardsville, IL. Though PODS is one of the priciest ways to move, it's certainly the most convenient when moving across the country. They dropped the pods off at our house in Raleigh, where we had several days to pack them up at our own leisure. They even recommended movers for us, which we took them up on, as they were experts in packing pods. The movers did a great job! It was nice having access to the pods even after the movers were done because we found lots of little last minute things we decided to put in the pod as well. The pods were then picked up and held in storage until we called and ask for them to be delivered to our home in Edwardsville.We had a slight issue getting the pod delivered, as we didn't realize it would take a while to get it delivered once we called. We were under the impression we would call and it would be there within the week, though they were quoting closer to 18 days. The customer service rep put us on a cancellation list, and luckily, we did get the pod delivered in about 11 days, so a week earlier than scheduled. The pod arrived safe and sound with no damage to any of our things.Though I never want nor plan to move across the country again, PODS will be my first choice if we ever do. They made a stressful situation just a little easier.Just a side note: If you are having the pods delivered on your concrete drive way, they make some pretty bad dark black marks that will only come up with a good power washer.”
