“The Farm fresh milk store is a staple in our city there is also another one on pontoon Road. The milk is available there in half gallon glass bottles and believe me the taste is noticeably great. They have a lot of different things available inside like any convenience store. You could buy any quick item you need milk bread sandwich meat sodas anything in a big variety of candies. My favorite is the paper quart container for buttermilk I love it and I am there always to purchase. Also for your convenience they fill propane tanks.”

“Love the new layout of the store, I calls it a one stop shop, liquor, smoke, produce and more the only thing I say they should do is put security in there the employees is very nice but you have folks that don't have to steal come in there and do steal”

“Been coming to this Italian grocery for many years, and I love their sub sammiches they prepare for you. The staff is friendly, and the deli selection is a nice spread.”

“The employees are friendly, patient and helpful. It was a little understocked but otherwise operating as expected. 4 out of 5 because one cashier out of two decided she needed to close her register while several customers were in line, and it would be nice to see self checkout or express options.”

“This Saveway was near Union and hwy 55. The store was very organized ?. They had items that the inner city don't carry. The clerk was smiley friendly, but NO conversation what so ever.”

“This corner store is close to my work and I found it has the best prices on cigarettes in the area. I work in a nursing home and my residents are on a very limited budget. So when they want a carton of cigarettes they can't pay $40 for a carton of 24/7s which are one of the cheapest cigarettes available. I appreciate this store”

“There's not a great selection of known brands but it's not as expensive. I stopped for vanilla ice cream and had to settle for butter pecan. It was not well stocked with popular items. I did find items that I didn't need just to try them. Its perfect for grabbing a few staples. Except to pay standard prices for name brands you know and can find. If the food is like that at Ruler, then I'll be back ?”

“Very nice, reasonably laid out, and the product quality is very good. More affordable than I was expecting, although still a little higher than nearby competitors.”

“When I first walked in, the day after grand opening I was given a bag with a pretty big loaf of ham in in which was really great. Everyone was nice in the store and I plan to come back soon!”

“This is a great place if you need to kill two birds with one stone. You can get your check cashed, food cooked, grocery shop & purchase liquor/wine & tobacco products. The workers are respectful & welcoming. Thank you, for existing.”

“This store is pretty decent for its location. They are usually stocked up for the most part, they a small produce section which is nice, and the employees are working, helpful, and not rude from what I can see basing off the few times I have been in there. Hopefully I can keep this same opinion going forward!”

“The costumer service is the best in the area. This is a family owned store and they want to make sure you leave happy. Jon Switzer always makes sure my orders are correct. He points me in the right direction and gives me great recommendations for new things to try. Keep up the great work!”

“One of the better smaller grocery stores I've been to. I moved here from out of state and was looking for a particular item. They stock very good selection of the items you need. Sign up to become a member. It's worth it.”

“No one will mistake it for le Tour d’Argent, but what a great lunch place for a visit to the Chakoia Mounds! Freshly prepared Mexican (as opposed to Tex-Mex) food. I reallyEnjoyed my enchiladas verdes. My buddy apparently enjoyed his enchiladas Suizza even more… made a very happy plate. His wife enjoyed the enchiladas Mexicanas (red, white & green), whereas my sweetie raved about her shrimp taco salad.Opted against alcohol for lunch, but the have a great looking bar with a wide selection of tequilas. Seems that their weekend specials are VERY WELL appreciated by the local community. Was a pleasure to have spent time there!”

“Love me some aldis. Take your quarter though! They have great prices already but then even their markdowns tend to be amazing! You really never know what you can get in there. But you can get all your regular necessities as well!”

“Week of Thanksgiving was the first time I got a bad meal. Was treating my nephew to a birthday lunch. To my surprise later, I bite into salty meatloaf and very salty mashed potatoes. Uggggh. To many cooks in the pot that day. They get 1 pass.....”

“Love Aldi's one of the few places to buy groceries and not feel bankrupted. When you leave. They also have some amazing grocery items that are hard to find else where.”

“I don't know if I like the register system how it's one big line and the computer lady tells you what lane to go to. Idk maybe I'm old fashioned..”

4.2 Good48 Reviews

“This location does have some self checkouts. I wish Aldi could make a program change to them. The machines are constantly saying, please scan your next item. Geez, I am moving as fast as I can. I am not one of your speedy employees. LOL”

“I do most of my emergency preps here, though they don't always have what I'm looking for and some potluck is involved, the prices are so good I always check here first before my regular grocery shopping anywhere else. Even during the pandemic shutdown some things they never seemed to run out of, like toilet paper, cleaning supplies and of course food. It's the sole reason I made sure I got myself a 5 cubic foot chest freezer, (and it filled up fast)There is also Dollar Tree, Soulard Famer's Market and Globe Drugs nearby.”

“Best prices for the best variety/ big selection of all organic food, in the area. We love the sales they have and probably go there twice a week. Glad this grocery store in Edwardsville is nearby.”

4.5 Superb19 Reviews

“I shop here occasionally, because I usually shop at schnucks aunt Schnucks became very expensive so I stopped there at Aldi’s and I was shocked at what I got for the price. I paid very reasonable very clean had a lot of different things that Schnucks even offered was a HAPPY customer lines for too long but second time I went. I had to wait a little bit. They only had to checkers but yes I would go there again.”

“my favorite DG! the shelves are always stocked and organized, which is unlike any DG i’ve been to. the store is clean and the workers are so nice and polite. they greet you with a smile every time”

4 Good85 Reviews

“They have great prices, and they greet you with a hello, and at the end of your transaction, they say, "Have a nice day." I do tired of the lack of courtesy. I work long, hard hours, and if it wasn't for the customers, cashiers would not be necessary. I get so irritated when cashiers act like I've walked up to a self-service counter. Thank you for providing great human interaction.”

“This is where I get 98% of my groceries (the other 2% being Jay's International Foods or Fresh Thyme). It's within walking distance, the staff is friendly, and the stocked products are excellent. Now they may not have every brand of a product, but they have almost every product (the only thing that comes to mind is eggplant). The meat section has most of it all, same with produce. They stock many locally produced products, like salsas and sauces. I can't recommend enough. My coworkers are often like "where do you find THAT?" And I say, "my local market, ten blocks away!"”
