“John, Julian, and Jake (three guys working in two separate stores) worked their butts off to get me into the right pair of shoes. It took a couple of tries, but John gave my foot pain more attention than any other salesperson ever has. He helped brainstorm creative solutions, switching out insert-shoe combinations and letting me try each new set-up for a couple of days. I eventually landed on a pair "no drop" Altra's that have given my toes the space they needed. The foot pain is going down and I feel a lot of relief. I can't recommend them enough.”

“This was my first ever bridal appt and I was really nervous. I’m so glad I chose this one to be my first! I was praying that I would find my wedding dress here and sure enough I did. Chenise was absolutely amazing!! She is a kind hearted soul and most importantly she was patient with me! The fact she grabbed all the dresses I wanted to try on and even bringing other dress suggestions including veils, if that’s not a person who loves their job I don’t know what is. She made me feel comfortable and she gave me the honesty I needed to hear in to chose “the one.” Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! I’m so glad I was paired with her. Thank you so much! “I came in with my son to get a new pair of runners for cross country. Gabriel came out greeted us as we walked in. Got to know our needs and set him up with a great selection to choose from, answered all the questions and was patient with our requests. Now, my son has 2 very different size feet because of a disability, he didn't judge his disability or his 2 different size feet?, and made sure he was comfortable in the shoes. We couldn't have asked for better service. And the VIP perks make it worth every purchase. Thanks for making our customer experience great!!”

“My wife and I went visited for the first time with intentions of buying me new running shoes. We didn't have high hopes as I wear a size 17 shoe. We couldn't of been happier with our experience. Not only did they have my size but they had several options for me to choose from. The staff was polite, engaged and friendly. We ended up buying not only a pair for myself but a pair for my wife as well. I will be returning to this store the next time either of us need new shoes. I could not recommend this store more.”

“Great shoe fitting experience for both my kids today! 1 year old and 3.5 year old. My 1 year old just started walking. The fitting was quick and easy. They are so nice and give great information. I didnt buy my 3 year old any shoes. There was no pressure whatsoever to get him shoes and the fitting was free. Got my 1 year old a pair of Stride Rites at the size they suggested. We wore them out the door and for the rest of the day, even went to the park in them after and she did great! They gave a recc for when to come back to size up. Also bought her a super cute bathing suit for summer they had in her size!”

“I wanted to thank Martin for doing a Super Professional repair job to a pair of expensive Italian patent leather knee high boots. Not only did he source difficult to get repair parts particular to these boots but he improved on the original shank install from the factory. He documented with photos and showed me the parts he replaced !! His workmanship was Beautiful. I felt like I had my Italian sports car repaired by a true old school mechanic. I only give good reviews to people who have earned them. It was a difficult first repair for me by him. I already brought him more work. Unlike a lot of other shoe and baggage repair places, he backs up his work. Really impressed with him. All you ladies out there, this is your guy for your high end stuff !! Thanks again Martin.”

Being in DT Naperville this location does get a lot of foot traffic so it's usually pretty busy and can be messy because of it, but they definitely get some unique pieces other stores don't. Everyone helps me when I need it, and they can order online for you if they don't have the size there. Wouldn't be my first location choice because of DT parking, but I would definitely go back if they had the item I was looking for.”

“She isn't a skater, but she likes the skater vibe. I don't mind. Vans makes pretty quality stuff and the shoes hold up well, especially given their affordability. Sarah brought out 6 boxes of shoes and gave excellent advice for picking the right shoe for my kid's needs. She went with the $90 skateboarder style high top for the comfort and for durability.Service is great here. Products are great. The store is clean and organized. Located on the 2nd floor next to the Furry Babies store. (Don't buy pups from that place)”

We were concerned that embroidering directly on the vest would prevent protective plates from being installed correctly. I called Christopher and informed him we were crediting him in full for the work and would remove the patch and name plate and embroider directly onto the vest free of charge. Christopher thanked me for refunding the money we agreed on a plan of action to rectify the issue.”
