The store is a convenient hardware store that offer best customer service and great help. The workers and employees are always helpful friendly and accommodating. When the price is a little pricey most customer say the price difference worth it because the store is more convenient than competitor. The workers never made customer feel intimidating and stupid they have 1 on 1 help and never run away like big box stores. Customer love shopping store and say the service is honest helpful and friendly is the best hardware store around for you do not want to drive to competitor.

They are a little pricey on most things but more convenient than Menards for me because I don't live in Sunset Hills, but most of the time, the price difference is worth it. The workers are always helpful and friendly.

Ace has always been such a nice kept store friendly staff and all around great place to shop.
