“Sometimes it can be intimidating to go into a hardware store, especially as a woman who really has no idea what she needs for any specific project. I have been to this store a number of times since moving to Pekin and I can honestly say I'd rather pay a bit more and have the customer service they offer!! I don't know her name, but the woman that always helps me has never made me feel stupid when I'm looking for something and don't know the name of it! The other employees are equally has helpful, accommodating, and friendly!!! I love shopping here, thank you so much for your help Ace!!!! Best customer service!!!”
“Stopped by Dunham's today and I kind of forgot that Harbor Freight was located next door so we stopped in here too so I could do a Google review! The one in East Peoria is a bit smaller and a little bit more outdated so going into this one I noticed how much nicer and spacious it was. None of the employees approached us in the store but the cashier was friendly. Harbor Freight always has a bunch of great deals going on so if you sign up for the rewards program you can get deals and coupons and stuff like that. Very nice location and will be returning.”
