“My rear passanger tire was leaking air. I went to Suburban Tire thinking I needed a new rim, as my tires were in good shape. Thinking to myself, how expensive are rims, do you have to replace 2 of them or 4 of them? I am a senior on a fixed income. I thought $$$. Suburban Tire said it was the rim and they could fix it! Very, very reasonably priced. They were very nice and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I absolutely recommend these guys.”
“The staff at Pete's auto were fantastic. I purchased an older car that needed a lot of work just to get it on the road. The car needed four new brake lines plus pads and roaders and that was only a start. They gave me a quote that was three hundred dollars less than the other auto shop that I took my car to. They fixed my car, and they also gave me recommendations when I asked about other specialized repairs for the car. Thanks to them my car is not running great. I also plan on taking my car back to them in the futures. Thank you, Pete's Auto.”

“When I discovered I had a flat, I first called the place where I’d bought this discount tire. Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. I couldn’t recommend a small business any more highly: it you need or have an issue with your tires, DE RE TIRES in Orland Hills IS THE PLACE TO GO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Caught a pesky nail in my tire and found this shop in a search “near me.” I pulled into the bay and was seen in less than 10 minutes. There were a few cars already being serviced, but they were in and out real quick. They jacked the car up, took the tire off, and quoted me $20 dollars to patch the tire. Within 5-10 minutes he was back with the repaired tire. The waiting room is small but very clean…but you’ll be in and out so you probably won’t have time to wait ;-)”
“Called in the afternoon for a tire leak. Brought it in an hour later and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. Didn’t try to upsell me at all just took care of it and sent me on my way. I’ll be back.”

“I needed a tire alignment and oil change done quick and I called in the morning to see if I could do a walk in. They said it wouldn't be a problem and I headed over. After dropping off the car I got a call an hour later with an update and the total it would be. They did a thorough job of identifying a few small issues I had (light bulb out over my plate, coolant a little low, air filter needed changing) and told me they would double check the alignment to make sure I needed one, and would get on the oil change. 2 hours later everything was done and ready for pick up at a super affordable price. They didn't try to upsell me. They didn't say a bunch of stuff needed replacing. They kept it real and thier prices were fair. I'll deff be back next time I need anything done.”
“So far the car is doing well the problem was taken care of it was very expensive but I hope I have no issues later it's only been a week customer service is great the technician tried to explain to me what needs to be done and why It costs so much because it was time consuming It took a day and a half but other than that they seem like really good honest people.Plus I liked the dog. 2023.
