I was not happy with the customer service at all, the guy who was attending me feels like he doesn’t have any knowledge about what I was asking. He couldn’t help me out with it, I don’t wanna speak out his name. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Unprofessional Staff and manager! They’re in a hurry to keep on swiping my card for payments, manager is like all about revenue. When I asked for payments disclosure, they look at me like, do I need it?! This store took advantage of me for my stolen phone and need to get another device, Instead of helping me out! After I paid off everything I need to pay, staff ignoring me for my question! My blood just boiled. He asked me to call customer service because he cant help me out! I called agent, and agent needs to have a conversation with this staff, he got mad in front of other customer! He forgot I’m his customer too! Staff is murmuring in front of me and other customer! Such a shame! I just wish I won’t see this staff and manager in Verizon again! I been loyal with Verizon for so many years! And yes! I want to escalate this to the end of the earth ! That’s how upset I am! I give all my concern and details to the agent.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Can’t do nothing with simple requests. 4 times in 10 min run to a manager to ask something. Can’t answer easy questions. I don’t working in Verizon, but I know more about products and variety than staff.

Made an appointment for 3 pm. Showed up and checked in, was told there was one person ahead of me. Waited 30 minutes without anyone following up with me so I left.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location with the representative who meets people at the door, how come meeting person who you face first when you enter the door can be this much unpleasant. The representative we encountered was extremely rude and unhelpful. He seemed disinterested in assisting us, repeatedly telling us to call customer service or download the app instead of answering our questions. Despite our efforts to engage with him, he chose to help other customers over us. I am appalled that Verizon employs someone with such a discriminatory attitude. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible experience went into the store looking to get the FiOS home Internet that the tablets shows is available. They then inform me that the only speed available is 80 Mb per second.

Went here for a simple sim swap was queued 2 in line; waited for nearly an hour for a rep, reps disappeared only to come back and assist 3 people b4 me. I have other plans so I finally just had to leave without said sim.

My experience at the Verizon store in Palatine IL was great. Linda worked with me and she was very knowledgeable, patience, and a wonderful personality! She explained step by step what she was doing. Also she showed me all the new gadget’s available! If you want the best go see Linda at Verizon in Palatine IL-you won’t regret it.
