The employees at Aldi Palatine are very rude!! It seems that they are not in a good mood to answer questions to consumers. The cashier (a guy) today, didn't even say HELLO or thank you. At Aldi in Lake Zurich the employees are friendlier. They even ask if everything was okay.

Aldi has the best prices and great selection of the things you actually need. Love the small straight to the point store that's not crowded with pallets down each isle like the bigger box stores. Love the ease and convenience of a smaller store with my necessities!
