I should have never left the office till my issue was resoloved. They gave me the run around telling me my phone would port before 7pm that day and it never did and im still dealing with hell on the phone with these idiots who cant seem to port a cell phone correctly. Now i have to go back in to this office that dont know what is going on with transferring my phone number from one service to this one and now im regretting it. Why did i ever come back to comcast. Now im going almost 24 hours now with no way to call out or text. The idiots on the phone keeps saying it will take 24-72 hours for my phone to work??? This is unbelievable, now im looking for credits and everything i can since this service has been hell. Thanks alot for reminding me why i should have never came back.

There is no zero, but this will do. bear in mind that NOT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE THE SAME, IF YOU ARE LUCKY YOU GET REGI, HE is friendly and caring specially works very well with the elderly. Be glad when the fat Mexican call Priscilla/manager is not around. There appears to be some changes, finally you see black faces among the employees. Still needs to be more training in manners, as some of the remnants of prior managers still hang around, as there is no place for them out there, take the heavy set guy, that goes to work on the clothes he slept on, and is tending to those walk ins. He is usually nasty, specially with elderly people. He should be somewhere else.

Let's see how long I wait...my husband & I are 65+ and all they do here is try to get you to upgrade and spend more money. It's crazy to spend $250.00 monthly and still have spotty service.

I stopped by just to pick up Xfinity flex box. They signed my in @ 6:05pm. I was waiting for about 42 minutes and no one called my name. Another customer claimed she was in the store before me but did not sign in @ the front desk,they put her in front of me and she was called before me ( I wonder if she was saying the truth because you can't miss the front desk signing in if you walk thru the door). At 6:47pm I had to say something to get your manager attention . My concern is why I have to wait that long just for pick up ? Also, why signing in thru the front desk done based on your employee mood ? I will never go back to your store and will not recommend it to people I know.I would be late picking up my daughter if I did not say something!!!

You may have a wait, but the staff here is helpful and knowledgeable. Jon helped us solve a couple of issues with our DVR service, and he was able to lower our monthly fee without us losing anything.

These people know their business. Definitely recommend this for your questions concerning Comcast services. I am adding to this review.....I would also like to add that calling the Comcast 1-800 Support line is useless. I don't think those support people are very knowledgeable with the services. Sometimes I get lucky and get someone who can actually help me but that is rare. I wrote to Comcast Headquarters in Pennsylvania to voice my frustrations with the support people when calling the 1-800 number. I Prefer to go the Xfinity Store in Orland Park Illinois and talk to someone in person.

I mailed in equipment and Xfinity still had one piece on my account. I had a receipt from the UPS store. I couldn't get it resolved over the phone despite multiple calls. I went into the store. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The woman who signed me in was very friendly and we chatted a bit and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful getting my account straight. I'm so happy with the service I received. I wish I knew to go there sooner. I could have saved the frustration of multiple calls. Definitely recommend this location!

UNRELIABLE & CAN NEVER REACH ANYONE. DONT CALL! GO INTO A STORE AND DONT LEAVE WITHOUT A RESOLUTION & DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE IT WAS RESOLVED. After calling 8 times, doing the live chat 6 times, and told to go to a store during Covid.. still no help. Every reason under the sun has been used to place blame on us that there is one more thing we didn't do, so we do it.. then to find out there was something else we didn't do. It just doesn't end. Comcast has become over priced for my elderly mother & to get them to help her has been worse than pulling teeth. I am so disgusted at how many different people will talk to you so calmly, but throw you to someone else who ends up hang up the call. To literally have been given the opportunity to save money so she can afford to live, but the Comcast company will not apply it to the account has been devastating.

I went to the Orland Park,Il Xfinity store on 11/30/21 to see what new offers they might have since my 2 year agreement was up. The person helping me was not rude but told me that my bill was going to go up $30 a month and that there were no offers to give me. He then pushed a sheet of paper toward me showing prices of cell plans that I could sign up for. Really? I went the next day to the Xfinity store at Joliet and signed up for a new 1 year agreement that satisfied me and saved me money. This Orland Park emplyee should be fired.

Honestly, I don't know why Comcast has corporate stores open across town?! They are definitely not there to help but to rip-off unsuspecting customers. I made a short trip to Mali West Africa from May 18th, 2021 to June 5th. I forgot to activate international roaming on my account. While in Mali, I called Xfinity Mobile to have it activated so I can surf the net. I was only able to use my phone from May 18th to May 26th because Xfinity Mobile canceled my number. I couldn't get a hold of them while overseas for an explanation. When I got back into the country, I called to find out why my service is not working and they told me that they canceled it because I incurred international roaming charges of approximately $10,000 within a period of 8 days. That is 4gb. And that the only way I could get my service back is if I paid off this ridiculous charge on my account. Mind you I only used WhatsApp and Instagram in those 8 days. Every call I made to their customer service, was ineffective. I went to this location in Orland Park, IL to get a break down of the crazy bill, and they also told me that there was nothing they could do to help me. My question is, why is this even legal? I have involved the media in this case so as to get to the bottom of it. I'm also ready to escalate this issue to a legal action if necessary, because this is unheard of.

Don't bother calling in to customer support or using the chat function just come in to the store and trust me your problem will get fixed in a fraction of the time. Alex is awesome give him a raise

My husband spent three hours there getting information to transfer our mobile, internet and TV service. We made an appointment to have it all done. We were told it would take about 90 minutes. It took more than four hours. Most of what they promised was unavailable once we were there (two days after my husband was there researching). They had to call the "main office" to get anything to happen. We will be leaving Xfinity as soon as we can.
