You may have a wait, but the staff here is helpful and knowledgeable. Jon helped us solve a couple of issues with our DVR service, and he was able to lower our monthly fee without us losing anything.

Don't bother calling in to customer support or using the chat function just come in to the store and trust me your problem will get fixed in a fraction of the time. Alex is awesome give him a raise

Best experience I have ever had with xfinity. Great customer service. It was out of my way but they will definitely receive my business again.
