The woman at front desk wasn’t rude, she answered all my questions politely in person and over the phone. Everyone was nice and helpful i did not feel like it was a bad experience. There is a sign on the front desk regarding tow truck companies needing a specific type of insurance before taking your vehicle if not, you will be charged $150 to have it towed by them to the side and then your tow truck company would be able to take it.”

I had a blowout on the Stevenson last night and was able to limp my car to a parking lot in Hodgkins. Called Ambassador this morning to have the car towed to the dealership in Orland Park. Bob from Ambassador went out of his way to have the driver stop at my home to collect the key so that I wouldn't have to Uber to Hodgkins to provide the tow driver with the key.
