“These guys are real pros. Very knowledgeable and I one of only a couple shops in my life that I have trusted their word and work. They used to do work on 550i and I never had an issue.
I called about brakes for my 2022 M340i and they were like, “ you know that you can get the dealer to fix that at no charge under the warranty.” I appreciate the forthrightness. Still tempted to take it to them and pay them anyway. That’s how much I trust these guys.”

“If you're ever in need of a tow, consider Ambassador Car Carriers. I've used them twice before in the past and they have always been great to deal with. I had a blowout on the Stevenson last night and was able to limp my car to a parking lot in Hodgkins. Called Ambassador this morning to have the car towed to the dealership in Orland Park. Bob from Ambassador went out of his way to have the driver stop at my home to collect the key so that I wouldn't have to Uber to Hodgkins to provide the tow driver with the key. I've used them twice in the past and their drivers are always prompt and courteous. I also like that they use clean flatbed truck equipment. Thanks so much to Ambassador Car Carriers!”

“I’ve had some issues with suspension in my Audi. My car spent there 4 days but those guys fixed any problem I’ve had and found some more that other shops did not (they stated it’s ok). Prices were reasonable , every repair was consulted with me beforehand. Very good communication with the shop. They recommended additional service and did bot try to upsell me when declined.”
