“I ALSO hit a pothole on I-57 (southbound exit off 1-80 going east) that took out two of my tires and bent one rim. Pulled my car right behind a Legend Towing driver who was loading *another* driver who had lost his tire to the same pothole! His tow driver called for another truck to come an get my car, and said it would only be 10 minutes, and it was. My Legend Towing driver picked up my flashing safety devices that I put out, which was nice as I wasn’t even thinking about them. Driver was very nice and calming on the ride to Discount Tires in Matteson, which is what I needed.”

“Only rating this company 5 stars so it can go right on top so every one can see how unprofessional this towing company is we ordered a tow, a unattended tow left the car there recieved a text that the car had been picked up within 45 mins. The next morning passing by our car was still there same stop never touched my fiancé called and they said he didn’t want to get it last night mind you it was like what 6 o’clock and said “sorry” we’ll sir you can shoved that sorry were the sun doesn’t shine our livelihood defends on this car but they were sure quick to charge us! Don’t depend on these rude, unprofessional, careless people!”
