“Three years ago I broke my foot, since always looking for quality fitting shoes. Let me introduce Big River Footwear, 9636 W 161st St, Orland Park, IL. I had a fit specialist Keagan Alba, measure my foot and suggest the best arch support shoes. After testing a couple of pair I was able to purchase the most comfortable. Keagan was patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Yes the shoes are more expensive, but your feet are worth it. Thus, I highly recommend “Big River Footwear if you’re serious about your feet. PS they also have sportswear.”

“I hurried home just so I can write a review on the wonderful Olivia! She was pleasant, patient, a multi-tasker, superb communication skills and excellent customer service. The store was super crowded and she had coworkers but they were not of any service. She ended up helping about 4 of us simultaneously and got us all fitted and out in under 10 minutes! Wow! I would hope she is the store manager, if not then she needs a promotion!”
“I needed new shoes for work because the Timberland ones I have now are constantly causing me heel, arch and food pain on the job. I was so happy to see you had a machine at your location to measure my feet accurately so I was able to get shoes that were right for me. Not only for the work that I do but also to provide stability and comfort. The gentleman Howard who helped us was great. He was very knowledgeable and kept us smiling during the whole fitting and buying process. Would highly recommend!”

“Their employee, Grace, has the BEST customer service that I’ve ever had in life! Not exaggerating at all. I was driving hours away to find Honda shirts and she went above and beyond to show me what their store had and made sure my size was available. When I got there to pick it up, she had it at the register already and a size up just in case. Come to find out, I definitely needed that size up. My daughter grabbed the xs that she also had at the counter for us. Thank you so much Grace! I really hope Tilly’s shows you recognition. We need more people like you.”
“Semaj went above and beyond for me. Found a purse online that they said was in stock. I asked several people and nobody could find the purse. She found it after a few minutes. She’s amazing! She moves like a boss and definitely deserves a promotion”
“The customer service is better on the AE side. When I mistakenly walked into the Aerie side to pick up my online order, I received no welcome in from the young lady but when the Caucasian ladies entered the store they received a nice welcome. Please train better customer service on that side and hire non racist young ladies.Thank God I received excellent customer service from the African American young lady on the American Eagle side. A very warm welcome.”
“The young manager lady who came out from the back to help me with my grandmother was so kind and beautiful. I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. I’ve had help from other associates but none matched what she brought to the table. Her name was Alexis and my grandmother always ask for her!”
“Today was my first time shopping at this mall with my mom. We had a horrible experience at Box Lunch that we were literally shaking from and we came to Loft next to finish my mom’s returns. I feel like I’m going to mess up spelling her name, I think she said it was Jojo or Juju, I’m so sorry I don’t know for sure. :,( But anyways she was SO nice. Before even knowing about our experience she provided my mom with great customer service. She then asked how my first experience was at the mall and we told her what happened and she was shocked so I’m glad it wasn’t just us. We did the return and went to get food. We circled back about an hour or two later and she was still there and so was so helpful and pleasant again which was extremely refreshing. I seriously wish every store could have this environment that she provided for us and I work in retail too so I definitely took notes from how kind she was!”

“All I have to say is the manager at this store is amazing wonderful customer service experience her name is Kendra and she helped me out with the mix-up with some gym shoes I purchased. She was so above and beyond in her assistant that she even drove out to my work location to pick up the mismatch shoes and then also had the correct ones FedEx dto my home. Needless to say I was extremely appreciative and wanted to make sure she is acknowledged.”

“I was really happy to see when Jayne opened up in Orland Park! I love their Oak Park and La Grange locations and have bought various things over the years such as clothes and shoes and accessories. This boutique is really cute and carries a lot of great high quality brands. I love to browse especially when they have sales. The clothing is now too young and trendy for me but every now and then I'll find a top or pants that are cute pieces for my style. Today I went in and had excellent service from the staff, I wish I had gotten her name. She was very professional and helpful in finding comfortable and flattering shoes for my low arches and flat feet. She went to the back a couple of times to find me options based on my size and style and she was really patient! Thankful for great customer service which is becoming increasingly rare these days I ended up finding a cute pair of boots, a pair of On shoes, and sunglasses all for 20% off as the whole store was 20% off. It's also fun to check out their jewelry, handbags, and other seasonal items. Shop local and come in sometime soon!”
“I needed great quality, comfy sandals and called Miroballi in Orland Park to ask if they carried size 10 in white or tan sandals. A wonderful woman named Candy checked for me and told me that she had several styles. I told her that I would visit within a few hours and when I walked into the store I was so impressed that she had the boxes waiting for me to try on at the counter. She is an outstanding employee. Beyond helpful, patient, not pushy, and super knowledgeable. Kudos to Candy for A+ service. My new sandals feel like a dream :)”
