“This store is conveniently located in Orland Park, IL. It looks like a high end boutique with Petite, Regular and Plus sizes. I have always found something I liked there. The service is phenomenal and friendly. The dressing rooms are immaculate, and the clothing is placed neatly on racks or on tables. I only wish they had shoes there. A while ago, I bought leather boots from Talbots and they lasted me 8 years. Of course, I had to put new taps on from time to time. But now, I need another pair of boots. It would be more convenient to try on in a store instead of by mail. Nonetheless, I love Talbots for its elegance and fashionable flair. The clothes are timeless; perfect for work, a nice evening out, or day out with friends.”
“Writing my review for Esmeralda at the photo department. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. The photos came out so perfect. I cannot wait to pass these out and will probably book again just for her for the holidays.”
“This location has a ton of great offers and variety in their selection. Every time i go here, i always find myself leaving with something i did not think i needed, but could not pass up on the price. I also like that it is in the mall. It provides easy access for me to get all my shopping done in one location.”
“All I have to say is the manager at this store is amazing wonderful customer service experience her name is Kendra and she helped me out with the mix-up with some gym shoes I purchased. She was so above and beyond in her assistant that she even drove out to my work location to pick up the mismatch shoes and then also had the correct ones FedEx dto my home. Needless to say I was extremely appreciative and wanted to make sure she is acknowledged.”

“Love shopping at Marshall’s especially during the holidays. The only reason I am giving this store 4 stars is because an employee was very rude. I went to go check out and this older lady told me “I didn’t tell you to come up or did I.” When the light in the register was on. I couldn’t see her name tag but her attitude needs to change. On the other hand Rahim helped me check out and was very kind. The other lady needs to be more like her.”
“I had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!”
“I went in thr store to look at a new TV and sales person Rodney assisted me very knowledgeable. He showed me the difference between samsung and LG flat screens. He told me and showed me things that MOST salesmen don't know or tell you about explaining everything that you should know. So thank you Rodney for your help. I did speak to his manager about my experience with his salesman it was very good ?? so if anyone want to know about flat screens televisions stop in at best buy Orland”

“Had Meijer Bakery bake a quarter sheet all chocolate birthday cake for me.It was delicious!When we took the plastic casing off we got the wonderful aroma of chocolate.The cake was very moist; and the decorations lovely.”
