“Terrible store. Staff on cell phones ,putting their phones on the shelves talking or on fac r book. Cmon cell phone are attached to their hips. Dirty ,the bathrooms don't mention that. Staff is gouped isles chatting. The cashiers need to know say Hello and Thank you..... and handicapped wheelchairs are alway broke or not charged.Cmon walmart you can do better with the store this is Oland hills walmart”

“I always find what I need and I have to mention a selfless act. Returns lines are usually long but they try to keep it moving. I was in line to get a money order and Becky was walking by about to go on her break. I felt bad to ask her a question but since I didn't see anyone else I asked her. I didn't expect it, but she was so gentle and took time to answer our question. And then someone behind me had a question and she answered that as well. Then someoone working in the returns didn't know how to return something and Becky went back to help her and then ended up just not even going on break because everyone working in the returns seemed to have a question. I mean who doesn't take their break? Becky doesn't! She chose not to take her break and instead help her colleagues help the customers!!! She is such a good person!! Because of this I love this Walmart.”

“I rarely do reviews BUT, Benjamin at the Orland Hills,IL @Walmart is beyond a great worker. Always apologetic for wait times every time I come in. Polite and courteous. He is definitely an asset to the company. while like most other reviews state. most of the employees act as if they don't see you or they all look so miserable working there. even caught one employee smoking weed in their car, Ben is always there running around and being the employee all companies wish to have. he needs to be up'd to management asap. I'm a manager of a different type of est. and I would hire him on the spot !”
