“Knew exactly what we wanted, MB of Orland Park had the vehicle available. I inquired online about test driving the same day. Received a very quick response. Very respectful in how the communication was handled (I never felt hounded). Arrived at the dealer and the car was upfront ready for me to look at it and test drive. As I was buying the car for my wife, she also drove over to see and test drive the car.
Nick Garvey was great to work with. Never felt pressured. Very perceptive. Didn't feel like he was selling ....felt like he was helping us get into the car we wanted.
My only feedback is on the add-ons that Dealerships always try to sell you when you are finishing with Finance. I don't fault the individuals who work for the dealership as it's an ownership issue across all dealers. I've bought so many cars in the past 30 years and the pressure on buying add-ons, which are SUPER profitable to the dealership, is unnecessary and irritating pressure. I believe customers would FEEL much better if the sales person presented those options and the finance person simply confirms whether the buyer wants it or not.”

“I’ve had some issues with suspension in my Audi. My car spent there 4 days but those guys fixed any problem I’ve had and found some more that other shops did not (they stated it’s ok). Prices were reasonable , every repair was consulted with me beforehand. Very good communication with the shop. They recommended additional service and did bot try to upsell me when declined.”

“Amazing outstanding service! My salesmen Aleksander was so helpful and pleasant. The finance manager was amazing and just all of the staff in general. I have literally never went to a dealership and left within two hours of arriving with a new car. Normally you are at dealers for at least half a day. I arrived around 5:30pm on Friday and I was signing papers at 7pm with a great interest rate. I do feel they went above and beyond and met every expectation. We live in a day and time where customer service is not what it used to be and typically dealerships do not have the nicest or most honest people. At Lexus Of Orland I feel they genuinely care and want to put you in a good situation to have a long term relationship with their clients. 10 out of 10 for me and I would recommend anyone there.”

“Went to rizza to get my 2010 acura tsx serviced for an oil change and from the time i drove in chris was professional he first greeted me and that says alot about a dealership . Then he told me that cdk is down and it will take a moment to write it up by hand . I said no problem . All in all express took less then an hour i was in and out in no time . The sales department it was early so they werent super greetful as i was expecting but thats ok their waiting room is huge they got alot of accessories from acura which most dealers dont. . i love rizza beacuse the quality customer service they give every customer matters to them and they greet you with professionalisam .
