“They accept credit/debit cards in the self-service bays. Make sure you keep an eye on the timer and take care of your ride. The soap removes tough grime and rinses clean. I appreciate that since my car is black. The auto wash bays also do a good job.”

“A top notch touchless, automatic car wash. Equipment does a thorough job. My car was surprisingly clean. Price was reasonable, given the quality. Can't give 5 stars due to the wait time. If you have five cars in-line ahead of you, you're going to have an approximate wait time of 20 minutes. It's the only automatic bay at this location, so try to go at non-peak hours..”

“Nice place - Clean BUT ALWAYS had a problem with my plates . Then when my plates changed I still had a problem with there plate reader. You can try it but once your plates dont get read it will continue to be that way. We cancelled our membership. They should just have a person sit out there letting ppl in with there badge. I will Recommend this place because staff were friend and never the problem.”

“Amazing outstanding service! My salesmen Aleksander was so helpful and pleasant. The finance manager was amazing and just all of the staff in general. I have literally never went to a dealership and left within two hours of arriving with a new car. Normally you are at dealers for at least half a day. I arrived around 5:30pm on Friday and I was signing papers at 7pm with a great interest rate. I do feel they went above and beyond and met every expectation. We live in a day and time where customer service is not what it used to be and typically dealerships do not have the nicest or most honest people. At Lexus Of Orland I feel they genuinely care and want to put you in a good situation to have a long term relationship with their clients. 10 out of 10 for me and I would recommend anyone there.”

“Great experience! Set up a car detail and Delicate Touch exceeded my expectations. My car had several scratches and after Delicate was done with my car, it looked as though I was pulling it off the car lot when I first bought the vehicle.”
“Better experience than I expected. I am not a fan of cloth or brushes on my vehicles because or horrific scratches I've had on my paint, especially on my 3 month old paint job, but this wash actually looked like it was more gentle on my paint and made it look like scratches that were there already were somehow blended. Wheels were cleaned pretty well also and tires had nice shine”

“Good car wash, either DIY or drive through "no-touch." My truck is black which you may know shows all the dirt and touchless washes won't result in eventual swirl marks in the clear coat. I always get the top wash which is $9. It does a good job but I'm not sure about lower cost washes with fewer passes(?). Almost as good as another close-by "touch" wash on Harlem, I think better than another close by drive through no-touch wash on 159th & less expensive. Oh- and free vacuums until 10 PM.”
“Great service. Very friendly staff , reasonably priced services. One aspect of their service which requires attention is , They need to install a CCTV in the reception area which helps the customers to see whether their vehicle is ready to be picked up . The system will be very useful during winter time when customers were seen waiting by the exit door waiting for the cleaning to be completed.”
“My sister and I went on a late night to wash the car (about 40 mins before they closed) and the assistant manager Geoff helped us at the window. He was very kind, professional, patient and beyond helpful. He walked us through the wash options and had offered to set up the app for the free 30 day trial wash. Definitely will be back and keep the subscription just for the GREAT customer service! I highly recommend!!!”
