“Unfortunately I specifically asked the girl who answered to have them buff the car first for scratches as I had owned a high end detail shop in Chicago ridge in the 90s first before detail started..she neglected to pass that on and it was not buffed..basically they waxed over all of it..it was the premium package #4 ..not going to be crabby about it but here are some hints about improving your details..better attention to wheel rims..definitely better vacuuming..attention to interior door jambs..hopefully this is reviewed by the owner otherwise useless..you owe me a buff wax job next time..”
