“I just had the best bed purchasing experience of my life. I needed to buy a new bed for my mom who's in assisted living. Sam took such good care of me, he told me they have a lot of experience with this, and they have a program specifically for this situation. You choose the firmness of the mattress, whether it's a 1 year, 5 year, or 10 year mattress, and the height of the boxspring. Sam is extremely knowledgable and explained everything very well. We bought the Katherine and I find myself staying in bed longer in the mornings because it’s so comfortable and supportive. We were so satisfied with our experience that we recently went back and bought 13 mattresses in various sizes for a vacation home. Again, Tim was a joy to work with and was extremely affordable.
