“Love living here! It’s very pet friendly and in a safe area. The units are spacious with new appliances. The white cabinets are gorgeous. The garage is connected to the apartment building, so you don’t have to go outside to get into the apartment. Maintenance is very fast. Every time I had an issue they came within 24 hours. My cats love it here too.. The amenities are great - the fitness center is new and renovated. The only thing I wish they had was a printer and an ice machine. Oak park is a lovely area as well, and just a quick drive away from Chicago. The downtown area has lots of great restaurants like Kyuramen and a Target within walking distance. Costco is also only 10 minute drive.”

“I have been living here for the past 4 years. I've had a pleasant experience overall. The neighbors are friendly and easy going. Amenities are nice. Views from the 18th floor are scenic. The building is well kept, and the maintenance staff works hard to keep the building in working order. Leslie and the team have consistently been straightforward, honest, and reassuring in their communication. They're, of course, very busy but have always found the time to answer my questions whenever there was an issue. The concierge staff are especially kind. Would recommend to others !!”

“My husband and I are both moving to Oak Park area from PA, when visiting we toured ReNew Oak Park on Saturday hoping we could finalize a place to live before heading back. From the moment I inquired there was such attention to checking in with us and we received a warm and very inviting welcome from Tamesha the property manager. The place in and of itself is very clean, secure, luxurious and cozy. She genuinely cared about our needs and showed us the most perfect places that we didn’t know existed. The warm and friendly nature of the staff goes to show you’ll be taken care of, she really took care of us and we loved all the amenities and hopefully will create new and wonderful memories made here. “Really enjoyed our 2 years living at the Emerson. Every part of the team was wonderful to work with. Maintenance was always there in a timely manner when there was a problem with the apartment. Jordan at the front desk was always on top of everything. The management was always there to help with any concerns we had. The apartment is in the perfect location with parks and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone.”
