“The lab is always easy to get into and quick/efficient, and the nurses in there are always super nice! The Doctors are great. I find I am most likely to get a response via email (portal) than by calling in to leave messages due to the front desk staff being less than accommodating, usually in a hurry, annoyed and not always willing to help! The front desk, in my opinion, is the FACE and VOICE of a practice, and they need to do better! However, once you get through, the Doctors and Nurses are pretty wonderful! I would suggest setting up a portal and using online communication & avoiding the desk. I absolutely love Dr. Momin and appreciate her listening and understanding.”

“Dr. Tess and his staff are amazing! He is so caring and spends as much time as you need without ever feeling rushed! He is clearly very knowledgeable and guides you into the right choices for your overall health. I feel so lucky to have to have a doctor that is so easy to talk to and always makes me feel supported in my medical decisions! You can truly see how much he and his staff care! “I have been seeing Dr Lentzou and Dr Kim for years and they are wonderful! They truly care about you and will do anything to see that you get well! They listen to you and they never rush you! They are just the best! I saw their new doctor, Dr Malinowski(sp?)a few weeks ago! What a great addition! She was very thorough and very friendly! She spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated that! Just terrific doctors and great people!”

“I came across Dr. Edward Wang searching for an USCIS approved doctor around my neighborhood so I could get my medical exam for the Immigration office. Dr. Wang is a wonderful doctor, very professional, responsible and genuinely kind with his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone!! Also, the entire stuff was very friendly and professional. It’s easy to make an appointment and the waiting time is short. I got my results within 3 business days at a very reasonable price. “Jolene is a PA working with Dr. Levy.She is amazing. My husband is under her care and is very pleased with her.Always answer her messages and actually pays attention to what we have to say. We never had to wait for more then 30 minutes. If I had to wait more then an hour we would gladly do it. It's worth the wait. If my caregiver is taking time to listen to me, I understand that she is doing the same thing with her other patients.”
“Dr. Christine and the nurse did an outstanding job being professional and helpful. Say internal for the lab as they don't do external orders. They were efficient. I received my prescription, labs, and consultation in the same location within two hours as a walk-in. Great job ladies!”

“Great family practice! My favorite doctor is Dr. Patel - an awesome specialist and a person. She always listens and takes time to talk about my concerns as well as provides very good options and directions. Overall enjoy the place, we have been coming here for last 8 years and have no plans to change.”

“Awesome experience from start to finish. Was going to walk in and when I called there was a 6pm appt available so I took it. I was able to sit in my car until I was called in and was able to go directly to the office. Jenice (sp) was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me a tip that I'd never been given regarding antibiotics and how to prevent yeast infections after taking them AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK! You could tell that she genuinely cared. I am thrilled about this visit. If I ever have a need for urgent care, I'll be back and I home Jenice is stil there.”

“My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”
“This was my first visit to this clinic, I read the reviews and was scared to attend my appointment,this clinic was not nothing like theses reviews, it's clean,bright and security was right at the door.Its location was next to US Bank, park in there lotI was called right away, my provider was so awesome she was concerned she was knowledge and made you feel relaxed and comfortable.
