“Not sure why this bank got such a bad reviews . I stopped at 4 chases , 2 currency exchanges . Nobody had notary public . This location helped me with that . Everyone was super friendly and fast . 5 stars !!!”
“I use the Northlake Illinois US Bank on a regular basis, (3 years now) I have always received great customer service by the manager and staff, all of my questions and concerns have been addressed by the team members. They are extremely professional and are quite knowledgeable regarding bank procedure's as well as great customer service. They always go above and beyond to insure that I am happy with my bank experience before I leave. It is my opinion that this branch would describe the standards that all banks should follow by example. I believe that the bank manager and employees should be commended for their competence.
