“I was there just (2 days) after the name change and it was packed that day (took 3 hours to get an answer)- but today the internal traffic was back to normal (10 AM on a Saturday morning and about 4 or 5 patrons with about 3 or 4 clerks handling them) although from what I overheard- the phone lines are still pretty backed up.
