“I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”

They are remarkably helpful people - spent 40 minutes with us custom matching a stain for a new table top - need it to match the rest of the set in our kitchen. Just wish the 11% rebate didn’t have to be mailed in, it’s a waste of our stamps, this seems so old school.”

“I've been to a lot of Sherwin Williams stores over the years and this is my go-to store because this manager Joe Rauschert will go above and beyond to make sure that your job gets what it needs from his store. Very knowledgeable person and if for some reason you stump him in a question he's got the regional store on speed dial. He's even stopped in on my job site to rectify a situation that I had. And thank you for the hot cocoa every time I stop in. LOL”
