“I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”

“This store is the best! Where do I even begin? I have been a customer here for years now, and I can confidently say that I have never in my life received better customer service anywhere. Drake and James are always on top of their game and it shows in their work. Every time i've needed a color match they have never failed me or my customers. On top of that, if I need an order ready before hand I know if I give them at least a 24 hour notice they'll have it ready for me to pick up the next morning, which is really import to me. Their dedication to serve their customers the tools and materials they need really shows through their daily operation, and their team in an excellent example of their leadership. Very knowledgeable person and if for some reason you stump him in a question he's got the regional store on speed dial. He's even stopped in on my job site to rectify a situation that I had. “Always had great service here and rarely is it very busy. I'm not sure if they are commission or hourly but if they are commission I apologize for not sticking with one associate l. The paint quality is better than any other paint I've used in recent memory. The prices are high for the premium options but I'd rather spend more for something that will last rather than spend less and repaint more often. Of course they also have a lot of the paint accessories you'll need as well to get the job done. I've never been disappointed in the service and quality here and would definitely recommend them. Note: The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the prices aren't the lowest you will find and sometimes the premium options are out of stock (but to be fair who hasn't run into supply issues all over today no matter where you go?)”
