Her poise, skill and positive attitude are a wonderful asset to the company. We appreciate her attention in answering all of our questions, clarifying any confusion that we had and clearly explaining what needed to be done to address our concerns. She then personally walked us through our bill and plan and went over available options with us. A+!!”

“I had a problem with my account . Went to the T-Mobile store in Northbrook IL on Skokie Blvd . I am writing to tell you how helpful Anthony V the store manager was . He listened to my problem and took care of it . He was polite , attentive and made me feel he cared about me and my problem .
He was knowledgeable and got my problem taken care of . It’s because of employees like Anthony that I will continue to use T-Mobile for my cell phone service .
He is a valuable employee !”
