“I went in this store thinking here I go again. Gonna be walking upset. Let me just try it out. And omg was shocked. Met an employee name Jazmin and she was exstreamly patient with me. Gave me what I needed answered all my questions and round up getting more stuff and even better stuff. No pressure at all. Wow! Definitely go back to her and the store in butterfield Rd. Aurora. “Great store to deal with. While driving home from a road trip my phone would not work properly, called Verizon tech service with the wife's phone. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with them while driving and even stopped in a store in Wisconsin, nothing worked. Stopped in my hometown store and tim was great, fixed it in about 4 minutes. Tim gave us great customer service. We will continue to do business there”

He answered the phone first ring and walked me step by step with new plans as well as different price options. “Came in with several questions and issues needing to be resolved. From removing and adding lines, to new phones, internet and accessories. I have been a T-Mobile customer for MANY of years now, and have gone to several locations in the Western Suburbs. I would like to commend this team for their professionalism and top notch customer service. I refuse to go anywhere else now! Had the pleasure of working with Alondra who is a top tier professional and knowledgeable in her field, in addition to Scott, George, & Sandy when needed. “Mom's sim died. They could not help me. They tried but without her being physically there they could not help me. They were very polite and professional. They did try a couple ways of setting up a virtual sim and etc. I understand it was for security reasons that they could not help me and I do not hold that against them. “I am writing this review to recommend the service we received from Laura Murillo. We moved from Chicago and our old internet service provider AT&T could not complete the move. Moreover, they said that they would send someone to help after two days. I would wait but I could not because my office needed me to work immediately. So we decided to go to Xfinity and Laura helped to set up our internet right next day. It was really needed and we truly appreciate her assistance.”

“It is clear and understandable where most of these reviews are coming from and I too have experienced the horror of the lady mentioned in fellow reviews. I give a 4 star review because my most recent visit was mid-day and there was nobody else around. Rude remarks are present but this woman was not too unpleasant. Actually I might go as far as to say that she was mildly helpful, perhaps because this visit was after lunch time? The service on the otherhand that is likely unrelated to this specific location... sucks. Mediacom like most communications companies is over charging and underperforming. It is unfortunate that there is no-one single genuine company with good support and service that people can rely on.”

“The tech came over yesterday and diagnosed the problem. He told me that it was the outside equipment that needed to fixed and that he would put in an order for that. He also gave me his supervisor's card and told me that if the problem persists, to call him directly. He also came in and checked out my equipment and agreed that my router/modem was a very good one and was not involved with my service issues. The tech worked for wow-way before the merger and assured me that my issue would be resolved. He was the best tech that has been out and showed me where the problem was and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. I'll update this review after they have been out to fix the problem with the outside box.”
